CUSTOMER SERVICE TCAP (and ESAAP)

There is a real need to help us support dog owners so that they understand what our life mission is, and that the dog's well-being is at the heart of our concerns. To have the right language to best accompany our dear customers towards change and acceptance of the practice of Behavioral Grooming TCAP and ESAAP.

To support you and give you simple, effective tips and tricks, we've developed a unique training course in which we develop in detail the various aspects of customer service!

Together, we'll look at :

• Strategies to get potential customers interested from the very first phone call, so as to recruit a larger percentage of those who contact you - in other words, to create a "WOW" effect from the very first minutes!

• Be familiar with different types of customers and strategies to help you feel at ease even with personalities that are different from your own. You'll be able to inform them better, gain their trust faster, work better as a team, share your ideas and values, offer your products or various services, and be open-minded;

• Increase your customers' satisfaction with your services, thereby boosting your retention rate;

• Tools to help you answer customers' questions about TCAP behavioral grooming, even the less "open-minded" ones?

...and much more!

The training includes several practical exercises, in addition to the theoretical component, so you can be prepared and comfortable when it's time to apply your new knowledge on the job!

This training will be given by l'Art au Poil with Geneviève Robichaud-Comeau, certified in TCAP Behavioral Grooming by l'Art au Poil since 2020, professional groomer since 2017, DEP in Sales Consulting and AEP in Business Start-up.
